We have smaller forms in our Service Catalog that are used to create sections to larger bundled forms. These smaller forms all sit in a Service Category titled, “Do Not Use”. But people don’t pay attention and necessary information is then left out of their request.

For the smaller forms we don’t want people to see, except if the employee is accessing item in the bundled forms. Is there anyway to change the view in the Service Catalog to hide the forms we don’t want people to see, unless they are seeing that item in the bundled form?

Are you trying to hide the service item, the service category or the questions on the form?

Just the service items that make up the form.

Example:

I have a payment form, computer form, and access form. These are sections in a bundled form for onboarding. I want requestors to only see the onboarding form but still have access to the smaller forms as sections.

If the employee is browsing the service catalog they should only see the onboarding form. When they navigate to it, they can then access the smaller forms included as sections.

Got it, Create a requester group called No Visibility and don’t put anyone in it.  Then go to the service items you don’t want any requesters to see and down at the bottom under visibility select the newly created requester group.  That will hide it from all requesters.
