Hopefully there will be something for everyone. As I’ve experienced at the Service Management World conference this week, there are still many organizations that need to understand what ESM is and entails (in reality) before taking on board guidance on execution.

There was so much coverage of ESM (along with EX) at Service Management World in Orlando last week - from panels to presentations. HDI also shared its 2022 ESM data which I’ll post shortly.
