Hey there,

Not been using the product long so it may be a learning thing for me!

I’m trying to add underlying data to a report for Priority tickets to send to my seniors:

I currently have this but I need to see:

Issue Description (Or title)
Raised By (Reporter)
Date Logged
Owner
Last Update date & time

Any assistance would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks,

Sam

@snewtonjames

Currently, this is not possible. It used to be possible a few years ago, and I even submitted an enhancement request to allow us to insert tabular data into PDF reports again.

I assume they disabled this feature because there was no pagination in the reports. This meant that if you had a list of 100 entries, which would normally span three pages in the PDF, the “frame” of the window was stuck on the first page and only displayed part of the data.

The only alternative is to use an external tool like Power BI to extract and visualize the data.

Hey Daniel,

Thanks for this mate. I’ll take note and look to get it into PowerBI.

Cheers!
