Hello,
So we want to use a semi-sequential setup.
Create 1st approval chain, “Manager”, he approves the ticket.
Create a 2nd approval chain for “VP”. The issue is, he is unable to see who approved the ticket before because they are not part of the same “chain”.
Is there a way to modify the ticket view to see all approval chains?
