How do I send direct messages via Slack Orch?

We have configured the Slack Orch app in Freshservice. Is there a way to have the orch app send a direct message to a user? I’m only able to see the option to post a message to a channel in workflow automator.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @sheriseg, the orchestration application can only post a message to a channel, it cannot send direct messages. I have heard that the functionality to be able to handle direct messages and individual chat conversations for both Slack and MS Teams is something the product teams are working on.
