May I know how to add new item to the list?

Hi @sk-73 ,

 

Yes, you can go in Admin > Service Catalog to add some entries to your Service Catalog !

Hi @mfedele Thank you. I'm trying to add for about 30 license software to the list. After added 1 license software, how to add the 2nd lisence software? Wondering to know if the freshservice have any faster way to do this?
