Hand in hand with this forum post:
I have consumables that I put into fresh service as an asset, like Mice. with a quantity of let’s say 100.
Why am I not able to consume (assign) these to each user? I can only assign it to one person and cannot add them to each of the user that uses them.
I am not trying to be that person but ServiceNow has this feature and this is an absolute must for consumables as an asset.
Please make this change. The only way to to assign it to a user right now is to assume their identity as a requester and then make a service request for the item. Then go back and fulfill the request.
I hate to ask but it has to be a simple change. Is the product team able to make that change?
