Since we upgraded to Freshworks Organization, we lost the ability to edit photos for requesters, agents, etc. Looks like the only way you can do this now is for your own account. 

Is there something I missing? When clicking Edit Profile, there’s no tab that includes the photo. 

Do we need to turn something on in the admin section??

We have noticed this change as well, and have not found a workaround at the moment. Can’t even assume the identity of the requester and change the picture in the support portal of freshservice now. Something seems to be missing here. 


I too am looking how to do this and have been unable to find a solution. It would be nice so agents know what the person looks like before assisting them with an issue. 


With the upgrade to Freshworks Organization, the ability to edit profile photos for requesters and agents appears to be restricted, allowing changes only for your own account. If the Edit Profile option does not include a photo update section, it is likely a limitation of the new setup. You may check Admin > Users > Roles & Permissions to see if any settings allow this functionality. If no option is available, it’s advisable to consult Freshworks support or their documentation to confirm whether this feature has been removed or requires re-enablement.
