If can anyone suggest me how to manager customer’s billing in MSP model. Some time some customer could be more than one contract in term of AMC, So in that case how we can manage customer’s billing cycle such service plan, contract billing kind off features in manage engines.
Is there any possibility to achieve those things.

Actually, yes, but with a development.
The current contract management app offers support; you can contact them and they could offer the development for handling multiple support contracts for a small fee.

I checked with development team and as per their statement it is supported only for vendors not for requestor(Contact) but here my concern is how can we manage multiples requestor (Contact) ?
