How to Merge Asset & Ticket Report/Dashboard

Hey All,

Is it possible to have a report/dashboard that shows both Assets & Tickets? I would like to create a dashboard that shows all open tickets in relation to hardware requests and all ‘In Stock’ assets.

Hi @markdavis Yes, you can include the "Received Tickets" metric and filter by the associated assets as shown below. Be sure to add the Date Range in the Report filter, and you can view ticket details by drilling down into the Underlying Data section
