Instead of having to manually open each kit individually, Is there a solution to search through the entire employee kit catalog for a kit item. If cannot be done via FreshService please provide alternate solution.

We understand that you would like the option to view the service item by searching all the build kits, rather than having to open them individually to find the item you're looking for. Unfortunately, this is not feasible. Will have this passed on to our product team for their consideration.
