These are not ringing any bells with me, where are you seeing these at? Can you send a picture with additional details as to the location of these?  

Do you have any 3rd party apps installed? What plan level are you on? Starter? Pro? Growth?

Hello, I'm seeing this at the top left corner for every tickets.

Yes those are how the tickets came in.  Mail, web portal, phone, etc. It follows the SOURCE field for the ticket.
