We haven't been able to translate the portal for several months.

We systematically receive this message when retrieving the file, I'm at a loss.

 

 

@SITACI is it the correct file type (yaml)? I received that error when I tried the wrong file type.  If it is uploading and failing it should be sending you an error email.


The error occurs when I just click on this button I retrieve the file before retransmitting it :(

 

 


Make sure you have the language setup in the global settings, if you don’t have a language setup it will not allow you to download the file because it builds the JSON to support however many languages you select.

Also be aware this doesn’t give you the file for the entire system it only covers Incidents and the basic parts of the Portal.  For the service catalog you have to go to the service catalog and then in the top right it is available.  We just did this as a project, and it was a massive undertaking.

I think it's good, because it worked fine several months ago the file downloaded correctly

Unfortunately I can't find the "catalog service" menu. I’m sorry.
