Has anyone found a workaround for managing auto-ticket assignment from the mobile app? I often run into situations where I'm out unexpectedly and can't access the desktop portal. It would be super helpful to toggle assignment status from mobile. Curious if anyone else is dealing with this or has found a good solution.
