 Freshservice Discovery Agent:




The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.  This may indicate a problem with theis package. The error code is 2503.  




....and another error:




The error code is 2502.




This only happens on Windows 10.

Hi Joel,

Looks like this issue is due to the roles/privileges assigned to the user account with which you are trying to install the agent.

Hope, installing the agent with a different user fixed the issue( which I believe has been done with help of a support ticket)
