is there a way to display a satisfaction survey in another language?

Freshservice is planning to add more translation options through Freddy Copilot over the next 6-12 months. This includes translating surveys into the employees language of choice.

For solving your problem today, I’m not aware of any translation option that exists in satisfaction surveys. You might need to translate it yourself, and add it as a new survey configuration. But I’ll let others comment on your post in case they’ve found a better solution than mine.

If your survey tool doesn’t have a built-in language option, you can translate the survey content yourself or use a translation service like Google Translate or professional translation services to convert the text into other languages. After translating, you can either create a separate survey for each language or integrate the translations into the same survey using different sections for each language.

This idea of switching between languages is actually something that Duolingo has mastered. Duolingo allows users to switch languages in its app, making it accessible to a wider audience of learners. It’s like how Duolingo users can switch between different language courses, or even between languages they are learning, to cater to their needs. In the same way, you can design surveys that cater to users in their native language.

Sometimes, users even experiment with modified versions of Duolingo, like duolingo mod ipa, to unlock extra features or get more flexibility in their learning experience, similar to how you might want to make your surveys flexible for users.
