Is there a way to filter/search multiple tickets?

Hi,

 

I have to update the old tickets to their new categories. I have around 600+ tickets and have multiple new categories to update also. Is there a way to search/filter the ticket via ticket ID then I will bulk update it? TIA

@jlox Hello, I am not aware of a way to generate a ticket view that shows a list of specific Ticket ID tickets, but you can search by ticket id. You can reach out to support@freshservice.com and they maybe able to help you with the update in a more efficient manner.
