would like to bring to your attention a technical issue we are experiencing. It seems that problem tickets are not appearing in the mobile app. We've verified this across different devices, and the issue persists.

Could you please look into this and provide assistance with troubleshooting?

We have a few tips to consider here:

  1. This is a FreshService issue posted on FreshDesk forum
  2. This is flagged as a issue (which maybe consider as such on customer side), but it’s actually a Feature Request, being that, as a matter of fact, this is a missing feature on the agent

So, I’m not sure if you can move it and convert it to an Idea (I haven’t checked whether this one already exists) or just move to the FreshService forum.

I’d suggest you to submit it as an Idea to be developed and delivered here (in case an idea does not already exists), as this is actually a missing feature in the Mobile App:

Please, ensure to share the link to the new/already existing idea in order we can vote for it. The more votes it gets, the more likely it to be developed and delivered.
