Heya :)

we just received some feedback from an agent. Apparently the approver list when handling a service request lists every email address that has ever gone through our helpdesk. Is there a way to limit the list of approvers to specific domains?

We wouldn’t want an approval email to accidentally go to someone’s personal email address.

I have exactly the same problem! We need to use the All Users list so Agents are included, but don’t want personal email addresses in the list (an approval was sent to a personal email address accidentally today). 


I suppose this needs to be switched to a feature request, if a mod could do that please :)
