In the portal, I can link a card directly to a service item.

Can through a card can I link to an incident request and fill in some of the fields in the url?

freshservice.com/a/tickets/new/&SAP default entries?

So that the incident is prefilled with information about SAP items?

Does this make sense?

Ok, i figured out how to do part of this by doing in the URL

https://xx.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new/&subject=Subject+text&description=Description+even+longer+text

so that is working,

but I am trying to get information out of the “category” field now, rather wanting to set the category field.

&custom_ojbect[category]=First_Choice but the custom_object part is not being set.

Any thoughts?

Hello @Vanderdecken - is your query related to Freshservice? I see it is marked under the Freshsales forum and that’s why no reply! I’m tagging @Daniel Söderlund to chime in!

I also noticed a similar situation just now with this 8171 one, but now I got the clarification of it . Thanks.
