Ok, i figured out how to do part of this by doing in the URL
https://xx.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new/&subject=Subject+text&description=Description+even+longer+text
so that is working,
but I am trying to get information out of the “category” field now, rather wanting to set the category field.
&custom_ojbectbcategory]=First_Choice but the custom_object part is not being set.
Any thoughts?
