Location of closed tickets

I am using freshservice version 2022 .R03L.02 When I close a ticket, where does it go? What list are the closed ticket's in. When I close a ticket, I can’t find it.

Hello @acenyc, make sure that you are looking at “All Tickets” and then select the “status” filter. Select Resolved and/or Closed. Apply the filter and it will filter the list of all tickets to those that are closed.
