Trying to find out if there is a way to create a large amount of tickets via an import of a CSV file or some other method in FreshService that I’m not aware of. Doesn’t need to be a full automation as this will not be a regular or frequent occurrence, I just don’t want to spend the time to manually create over 200 tickets if I don’t have to.
