We have multiple workspaces and Service Catalogs in each. Is there a “link” to only the catalog items for a single Workspace? If not, how do we reorder Catalog items from multiple workspaces in the customer portal - I only see how to do this inside each workspace.

There are no option to do that. They have been talking about a update for service items/portal what exact will come in the update I don’t know.
I REALLY hope it includes this capability - having to weed through services for IT, Communications, Engineering, HR, PMO, and Invoicing all in one location is frustrating for the end-user.
The Service Catalog interface really needs a major overhaul. It seems to randomly add Service Catalog Categories to the request portal. I tried labeling the Categories as “IT-...” and “HR-...” and such, but there is still no way to order them in any way that makes much sense to the Agent or the Requester. This has become a major roadblock with our company rolling out some new Workspaces, so I’m hoping for a swift response from Freshworks. There was at least one active thread in the Ideas forum for this, but I don’t see it anymore.
you can write a custom java to do what your talking about. The update has to be done in the HEAD in service desk rebranding. I just did this last week. Here is what it looks like now.

Hey!
I have embedded some code into our freshservice portal so it is now headed up by workspace name (as below) allowing us to have sub-categories.

Let me know if you need this code and I will DM it to you.
Thanks,
Matt

I sent you my email address, this would be a major help for our users. We’re getting a lot of hesitancy to adopt Freshservice because of how badly the Service Catalog is laid out and our inability to do anything about it at the moment. Huge thanks!

Cannot thank you enough!!! This worked out exactly as I had expected! I’m happy, my boss will be happy, our users will be very happy. Thank you so much! Do you mind if I share this around?
And Freshservice should adopt this as standard going forward!!!
