i send a ticket through requester account then i login through agent account, but i can not see my ticket which i have been send through requester account in freshservice help desk

From the ticket listview page,you may select the e-mail address(specific to the account) on the 'Requesters' field on the L.H.S filters which will bring all the tickets raised through the account.You can also create a ticket view with that filter for easy access later on.
