New Requestor Option Disappears

Hello,

 

Suddenly the New Requestor option is unavailable.

 

When going to Admin then requestors the New Requestor button will show briefly then disappear. This happens in FireFox, Chrome, and Edge. It is only happening on one device.

 

Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Seeing the same issue in our tenant


You should still be able to access it by going to https://yourtenantname.freshservice.com/itil/requesters/new

Using that URL directly does allow me to still access the ability to add new requestors.

I assume same user on a different device works ok based on your comment.

Tried another user account on that device?

Deleted cookies/temp internet files?

It doesn’t work for the identified user on a Windows machine in all browsers.

 

It does work on a Mac for the same user in same browser.

 

Yes, deleted cookies, temp files, etc and the problem still persists.
