we have an ERP team currently setup in our main IT workspace. we’re exploring a new workspace for them however I’ve encountered an issue almost immediately - email configuration.

our support model is setup so that all our staff email one email address for support and we don’t want to change that. eg help@ourorg.com is our global support email address.

how to I configure the workspace email settings so that ticket replies, notifications etc going out of FreshService in that workspace  use help@ourorg.com ? is there a way to do this without issues for our original workspace?
