I have an active ticket open since this morning with support, but am curious if others have experienced this error before with the onboarding module? Does not give much confidence in going live with onboarding.

Hello @Freshies23, you never want to see that screen, thats for sure! But unfortunately it does happen with SaaS products from time to time.

Could you give some additional context as to what you were trying to access when you got this response? Was it the onboarding module through the admin panel? Or were you trying to onboard an employee through the support portal. I am currently not experiencing issues with either. Maybe clearing your web browser’s cache will help.

Sorry it has been troubling for you. Take care.

Onboarding module via API and via Self service portal produce this error upon submission. Issue persists across browsers and cache clear

Thank you @Freshies23  for the update. We have not experienced the same issue that you are, but will keep an eye out for failures. Hopefully they are able to get it resolved for you soon.

Hi @Freshies23 ,

Hope you are well, This error in Onboarding appears for 2 reasons:

1) There could be an incorrect customization code(Javascript) used in the Portal Customization section.

2) The Placeholder used in Employee Onboarding module( Create ticket/Send Email to Reporting Manager) is incorrectly used or missing '}' or '{'.

Hope this helps!
