Hello everyone, 

I’m curious how you work with the onboarding module. 
How do send tasks to stakeholder that doesn't working in Freshservice as an agent? Like facility
How do you work with checklists?  Have any how to use them to control the progress?

I've not worked with the module yet, primarily because the business can't define what happens or is needed when someone of role X us hired. I have built custom objects tables to for each role, what department it is in and who the role owner is to work towards that model.

For now we just created a service request for onboarding with role and start date.

Ya using CO and SI is easier.
