I did some changes on our Support Portal and added some links to applications. However, whenever a link is clicked it will not open a new tab. I would prefer to open a new tab instead of straightly going from the Support Page to the linked page. 

Any idea how i can  achieve this?

Hi Maarten,

You could try something like: 


<a class="btn btn-primary" href="...url…." role="button" target="_blank">...name...</a> 

That is: “target="_blank" ” should open the url in a new tab. 

Open Multiple Links. Highlight any text and open all the included links at once, in new tabs. Just select the text containing links, right-click it, and select "Open links in new tabs". The right-click context menu entry for "Open links in new tabs" appears only when the selected text contains any links.

Hi @Maarten Vlasblom - when you are adding the text in Support Articles aka Solutions or KBs - this button on the menu bar will open the pop up here that @Scottie42 is referring to.

Are you trying to offer the link inside of a solution article?

Hi,

You are referring about the Support Articles / Solutions pages.

I am talking about the homepage of the Support Portal :)

So when i add a so called Card and add a link it will only open in the current tab. No possibility to influence that i guess :(

I thinks you didn’t try to Open in New Windows Button in bottom. I also got issue while i check the open in new tab box but in that time there is bug going on in freshwork which is resolved in no time and everything's work great since then.

Can you provide a screenshot? I think that we are both looking at 2 different pages as i have no chekboxes in the related screen.
