We have a need to send specific forms from Freshservice like a form for a credit card. The employee needs to fill out the form and sign it before a credit card can be issued. I am looking for a way to send the form and allow for it to be esigned and returned back in to the ticket.
Has anyone done this and how?

Is there a regulatory or business requirement that it has to be an e-signature, or can a tick box suffice, or even potentially an approval workflow on the form?
That way you can use the tick box, or an approval workflow as the acceptance of ‘xyz’ rather than signed PDFs etc
