Hi, is there a way I can make the customers share their location coordinates by pinning their location on Google maps and then sharing it on the customer form? Plz help.

This can be achieved with Mapsly which is a tool available on Freshworks Marketplace. You can configure shared maps that will display a customisable map where you can let users click on a point (let’s say your store location) and submit a form that will save these details (including their coordinates) back to your Freshworks account.
