Pinned notes on tickets

I would like to be able to pin a note so that it always appears below the initial request.

There are several other posts here about doing this.  Where they reference apps and solutions, the links no longer work.

We are not using Freddy at this stage, so the summarise ticket option is not a solution for us.

To pin a note below the initial request, consider using the following approaches:

  1. Custom Code: If you have access to modify the platform, you can use custom code or scripts to ensure your note appears at the desired position.

  2. Pinned Comments or Notes Feature: Check if your platform has a built-in feature for pinning comments or notes. This may require exploring settings or documentation.

  3. Manual Workaround: As a temporary solution, manually add the note to the ticket description or as an updated comment to ensure visibility.
