Hi there. I am currently re-branding our requester portal in FreshService and I noticed that the formatting of the banner changes on different screens. Is there a way to keep the positioning/scale the same across different devices / screens? TIA!

Hi Elvis. Thanks for your reply! Yes I am using the no-code way design. I will raise this request with Fresh Support as you’ve suggested. Thanks again.

    Are you using the No-Code designer?

    You might also consider submitting a case to support, either as reporting the issue as a bug, or either requesting check and assistance on this.
