Hi. Is there a way we can re-size the tiles on the portal page and customize them without a logo? Please see example of what we’re trying to achieve below (refer to OR tile):

Hi.
As a matter of fact, yes, you may customize it entirely; even change layout to not be tiles-based and only sub-menues-based.
This requires a little something of HTML/CSS knowledge.
With the help of Freshworks support (you can chat them or email them), you should be able to get this done, as this is UX change for your instance.
I’d suggest to contact them, so they can get in touch with you, arrange a couple of meetings and sort this out for you.
