For reply there is a template (Workspace → Email Notifications → SYSTEM Agent Reply Template) to set subject and body, how to do this for forward?

Currently, Freshservice does not offer a dedicated template for Forward emails similar to the Agent Reply template under Workspace → Email Notifications → SYSTEM Agent Reply Template.

That said, there's already a feature request in place for this enhancement.

Workaround: In the meantime, we recommend using Canned Responses. You can save your commonly used content as a canned response, and agents can manually edit it when forwarding a conversation.
