How can I change the font’s, color and characteristics of the “Satisfaction Survey” in fresh service.  The goal is to make the survey option stand out more to grab the attention of the customer.

The auto email sent to the customer once the ticket is closed.


Unfortunately, AFAIK, there’s no way to customize the font, etc. in such email.
