We just went live with Freshservice last week, and in our old system we relied a lot on scheduled items. I’ve been setting them up in the Freshservice Scheduler, but the only way to see details is by clicking into each one individually.

We also found out this week that if a requester on a scheduled item leaves the company, the item won’t create at all.

What I’d really like is a grid view that shows things like the requester, frequency, next run date, etc., with the option to filter and sort. Since that doesn’t seem to exist, I’ve been trying to find a way to export them, but no luck so far.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this?

I love freshservice, but you will find it is lacking many features like what you are wanting.  From an admin level they don’t provide a lot of capabilities for “management” of their features and or reporting out the data from their features. It is by far the biggest adjustment I had to understand when I moved our system over as well.

Thanks for the response.

That is disappointing. Even if scheduled items showed in a grid view it would be better. One of the other things I dislike is the lack of sorting on custom tables. It also carries over if you use custom table data in a dropdown, there is no way to sort.  Seems like a basic feature that is missing.
