Hi,

 

I have this case that the System Manager from the client side, would like to get e-mail notification on every ticket open\closed automatically . I tried to do it from several options in the Admin section but still can make it happen.

Any suggestions?

Hi Galavichid,

You can use a Workflow Automator for this. Before you use the Action node, make sure the Condition node(s) are set to send out notifications only in your specific scenarios.

As an Action, choose “Send email to”

In the To field, select “Enter text / placeholders” and type straight away the email address of the Service Manager in the text box.

 

 

Use text and placeholders to enhance the subject and body of the email towards the recipient.
