Is it possible to create packages in the Service Catalog of individual items, e.g. monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset?

I think I’m looking for a shopping cart function.

Hello @michaelmartel, for a shopping cart experience you create “Bundles” in the service catalog. To do so you create a Service Item that is the parent item, you could use this to collect any data you need for the request, then you add associated service items to the parent item to create a “Bundle”. When a user clicks on your parent item, they will have the option to select the additional items and adds them to their “Cart”.

Ex. HP Desktops (parent service item)

Additional items are standalone service items in the catalog

From end users view:

Users can select additional items and get a shopping cart experience

Hope that helps!
