Just want to ask if i could edit a requested item info? i noticed there is a edit button,
but once i clicked on it, this message will apper ( No Fields to edit here)
is there a way to enable the edting of the fields on that service item?

Here I have an item with no custom fields. this item is not editable on the ticket.
Below is a item with custom fields and is editable from the ticket.
