This HDI ITSM event is being held in November. I just wondered if any Freshworks Community members are attending and perhaps we could do a meet-up.

Hi @manns. That’s wonderful! I see this conference is happening November 12 -16. We don’t have anything planned in Orlando around that time, but we do have a couple of events coming up in NA late November/ early December.
