There are several web pages that I have found that tell how to do this and all of the suggested places to change this, that I have found don’t exist in the admin console.

Could you show some of them?
There may be some confusion on the data being looked for.
For instance, you tagged your post with FreshService, but you posted it on FreshDesk forum, which is a different solution from the same brand.
So, there’s a chance you may be looking to URLs related to FreshDesk but you may be using FreshService.
