FreshService uses several phases in the CM process.

Open

Planning

Waiting approval

Pending release

etc.

But I cannot figure out how to change these. I want Development, SIT, UAT, etc. Not the default ones. How do I add my own (custom) CM phases?

Hi @Marc LBBW ,

In order to have more different phases, you will need to first create them under Status field in the ‘Change fields’ settings.

Admin → Field Manager → Change Fields

Post that, you will be able to define your workflow under the change Lifecycle settings.

Thanks! So simple yet I struggled for an hour and could not figure it out. I was looking to add new phases under Change Lifecycle itself.
