In regards to setting the visibility of Solutions folders, this article mentions that we can give access to specific folders to specific Requester Groups, however, within the folders’ “Visible to” drop-down we only see an option for Contact Groups. How do we give visibility to Requester Groups?

I found an answer internally, so this question is no longer needed.
In summary, Requester Groups are only available in the drop-down of the folder permissions if you have them configured. I suggest adding this to the article and having an article on how to create contact groups (I could not find this). Thanks!
