Hi - I am getting random tickets that are not sorted accurately when I Sort by: Last Modified Date
I can’t find a pattern to why certain tickets are treated this way.
Does anyone else get this behaviour and is there a fix or known cause?

I have found it in my system as well, based on my research it seems to have issues with tickets that were updated by a “system” function versus an agent/requester etc.
I would report it as a bug

My manager reached out to Fresh and was told “it looks fine on our system, can't replicate” even though we are having it throughout our company. still no resolution.
