Today if you have a european keyboard, you cant type ~ for closing a ticket - because on a european keyboard its a combined shortcut, not a single button on the keyboard.

Also worth noting is that you might necessarily want to have the ‘Close ticket’ shortcut actually ‘Close’ a Ticket but insead set it to ‘Resolved’:
Some configurability around this might be appreciated by some.
