Also worth noting is that you might necessarily want to have the ‘Close ticket’ shortcut actually ‘Close’ a Ticket but insead set it to ‘Resolved’:

Some configurability around this might be appreciated by some.

This is now 1 year old, and no one has looked at it because it only has 7 upvotes.
