Using Freshservice Enterprise here. I was wondering if anybody has experience with syncing Changes from Freshservice to JIRA.
Our developers work in JIRA and always will, but for all of the benefits of ITOM, we want to have changes logged in Freshservice. I was just wondering how we go about doing so without duplicating work.

Hi Robert,
Freshservice has a native integration with JIRA which you can install from the Marketplace to establish a sync with Freshservice. This will update the changes logged in JIRA in Freshservice and vice versa.
