Table of Contents for FreshService Articles

Looking for the same thing. Saw an article saying FreshDesk had it so I grabbed an account for that and it’s nowhere to be found… Was hoping to snag the code from Fresh Desk to use in Fresh Service.

It looks like this is still something that is missing from FreshService Knowledge Base

It would be great to be able to link to different parts of the same page using what is referred to as an anchor link https://www.w3docs.com/snippets/html/how-to-create-an-anchor-link-to-jump-to-a-specific-part-of-a-page.html

as mentioned FreshDesk apparently offers a Table of Contents feature out of the box

This is very trivial, to create an anchor, but i have found i CANNOT set an ID on any HTML element in FreshService
if i give an elemet an ID and save/publish. Freshservice strips away the ID from that element.

@AWilliford with the help of Breezy Themes, we used categories and folders to make it a little easier for our team members to access our KB. I know it is not an exact fit, but hope this may be of some value:
