  1. is there any way to control the sort order of tasks that are generated within a service request?  They seem to only appear in the order received, which isn’t always efficient.
  2. Is there any way to expand the text of a task within the list display?  Many of my tasks get truncated and you have to open the task to read it.
  3. Will there ever be a dashboard that would show a fully navigatable list of open tickets and tasks in the same screen, much like the current tickets screen functions?

 

 

It is a pain for sure. In action items where I create tasks I try to number them in the title as Task 1 - something meaningful, Task 2 - something else.

However depending on the workflow you can add tasks at different times. While my naming standard works, when I look at the list of tasks there is no way to sort by name, or priority, or agent or due date,etc. It would help if there were some filtering on that page.
